Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition: Products should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized Products: Any custom-made or personalized items.
Perishable Goods: Items that are perishable or have expired.
Final Sale Items: Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process

Return Authorization: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team before sending back any products.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain items, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
6. Warranty Claims
For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the warranty documentation provided with the product or contact us for assistance.
